Shipping Policy

Due to the challenges associated with COVID-19, and an increase of online ordering and carrier staffing shortages, shipping carriers are experiencing delays in timelines and deliveries on some packages. Carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL are affected.

At, we are working to ensure orders are picked and shipped out on time despite these challenges. However, despite this, some customers may experience delays in deliveries if their package runs into a delay by the carrier. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these new challenges.

If you experience a delay in carrier update or deliver, most packages will arrive within the timeline chosen at checkout. For orders encountering delays, in most cases, the package will arrive only 1 or 2 days outside of the expected timeline. We've also seen a slight increase in orders being marked as delivered early by the carrier — if your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please keep an eye out for the next 24 hours, as it will likely be delivered within that time.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions may apply.


  • Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable 

  • Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable 

  • Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons 

Please ensure your return meets the following standards: 

  • The package must be sent physically from within the United States  

  • The product is in its original state and packaging 

  • Apparel has the original tags attached 

  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging 


We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than Please return the product to the original retailer.
